When you are ready, we will come to your home to dive deeper into the project, gathering essential information that will be crucial for putting together an initial budget.
INITIAL BUDGET &
APPROVAL
We’ll present an initial budget outlining project costs and scope. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll begin the design phase, at which point payment toward project design would begin.
DESIGN & PLANNING
You will collaborate with our design team to create plans based on the scope of work and necessary documents for permitting. Renderings will be provided, and layouts will be reviewed to ensure your satisfaction.
PROJECT COMMENCEMET
When the contract is finalized and approved, the permit documents will be submitted, and the schedule created to begin work.
Design + Planning
Collaborate with our skilled design team to develop a beautiful and functional plan for your home. Visit our showroom to explore material selections and discuss the project details. Our designers will create a comprehensive packet containing all design details, including floor plans, elevations, selections, and more. These packets will be shared with the onsite team, providing them with all the necessary information to execute the project as planned.
By working closely with you throughout the design phase, we ensure that your vision is fully understood and translated into every aspect of the plan. Our showroom offers a hands-on experience, allowing you to see and feel materials, compare colors, and visualize how different elements come together.
