HOME CONSULTATION
When you are ready, we will come to your home to dive deeper into the project, gathering essential information that will be crucial for putting together an initial budget.
INITIAL BUDGET PRESENTATION
Based on our understanding of the project and the information gathered, we will construct and present the initial budget to explain the costs and work involved.
PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
When the contract is finalized and approved, the permit documents will be submitted, and the schedule created to begin work.
DESIGN & PLANNING
You will collaborate with our design team to create plans based on the scope of work and necessary documents for permitting. Renderings will be provided, and layouts will be reviewed to ensure your satisfaction.
APPROVAL
Once you have reviewed and understand the associated costs and scope of work, we can proceed with the planning phase. At which point it is anticipated to begin payments towards your project planning.

Our designers will create a comprehensive packet containing all design details, including floor plans, elevations, selections, and more. These packets will be shared with the onsite team, providing them with all the necessary information to execute the project as planned.
By working closely with you throughout the design phase, we ensure that your vision is fully understood and translated into every aspect of the plan. Our showroom offers a hands-on experience, allowing you to see and feel materials, compare colors, and visualize how different elements come together. This collaborative process helps prevent surprises later and guarantees that the final outcome aligns perfectly with your expectations.
