Steve Bagnera

With over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and marketing within the building materials and construction industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every project and customer interaction. My background includes working with a variety of clients across residential and commercial markets, as well as owning and operating my own general contracting business—giving me a hands-on understanding of the full construction process from the ground up.
I have a strong passion for providing the best customer service possible. I take pride in truly listening to the customer’s needs, offering thoughtful solutions, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the process to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
Whether working with homeowners, contractors, or industry partners, I’m committed to building lasting relationships based on trust, clear communication, and results.

Kelly Procopio

Vice President of Design. Kelly has a natural eye for design and color. Graduating with a degree in the Fine Arts has served as a useful tool in assisting customers with interior design schemes. In addition, she spent one year working alongside Tim installing kitchens which provided her with hands on experience and technical knowledge of cabinetry. With eight years of design experience, she has a grasp on upcoming trends, ideas and functional layouts. Prioritizing her client’s thoughts and ideas, she creates spaces that are intentional and unique. Tyler and Kelly enjoy doing home renovations and boating together with their two children, Grayson and Quinn.

Tim grew up spending summers and after school working at Halco – changing out displays, cleaning the parking lot, handling deliveries and other odd jobs around the showroom. Today, Tim enjoys working on the construction side of the business planning projects and renovations, and working with the designers and their clients.
