Tim grew up spending summers and after school working at Halco – changing out displays, cleaning the parking lot, handling deliveries and other odd jobs around the showroom. Today, Tim enjoys working on the construction side of the business planning projects and renovations, and working with the designers and their clients. Tim and his wife Ally enjoy spending family time with their children Willa and Sonny, as well as all that comes with New England summers.

Tyler came into the trades at the early age of 14. He started his career at the vocational school for plumbing and after graduating, he continued his career to obtain his master plumbing license, eventually joining the family business. Over the years Tyler has developed a passion for restoring and renovating homes in New England. With his growing experience in renovation projects, Tyler has found his calling in the build portion of the company, helping home owners to realize their home renovation dreams. When not spending time with his wife, Kelly and their two children, Grayson and Quinn, Tyler enjoys tuna fishing on their boat.

With over a decade of experience in sales, operations, and marketing within the building materials and construction industry, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every project and customer interaction. My background includes working with a variety of clients across residential and commercial markets, as well as owning and operating my own general contracting business—giving me a hands-on understanding of the full construction process from the ground up.
I have a strong passion for providing the best customer service possible. I take pride in truly listening to the customer’s needs, offering thoughtful solutions, and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the process to ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Erin serves as the Project Manager at Halco Kitchen and Bath, where she oversees residential remodeling projects from planning through completion. She works closely with homeowners, designers, and subcontractors to keep projects organized, communication clear, and timelines on track while delivering a seamless and positive client experience. With a strong focus on organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail, Erin helps guide clients through every phase of their renovation journey, ensuring each project is completed with care, efficiency, and the highest standards of quality.

As Director of Operations, I help keep the day-to-day operations of our family-owned remodeling business running smoothly. I work closely with our team to support communication, scheduling, and internal processes so we can provide a seamless experience for our clients from start to finish. My focus is on creating efficient systems, supporting our employees, and helping our company continue to grow while maintaining the high standards we’re known for.

As Director of Marketing, I handle all things marketing for our family-owned remodeling business. From events, and partnerships to lead generation, branding and advertising, my goal is to help clients get to know who we are and why they can trust us with their homes. I work closely with our team to make sure our marketing reflects our values, highlights our quality work, and supports steady growth for the company.
