Halco was truly wonderful to work with. I was expecting delays in this post-COVID world, but had none. They kept the project on schedule and on budget. Coordinated everything. What else could you ask for? Admirable!! Tyler, Kelly, Erin, and William all had their areas of expertise, offered suggestions I would not have thought of, and were all very lovely to work with. Was it perfect? No, nothing really is, if we’re honest. But things that I didn’t like they offered to fix. With a smile. Honestly. I didn’t take them up on the offer to redo things, but I appreciated that they offered. They stand by what they do.

So now, I have the first floor of my dreams, and I love sitting down there at night enjoying all that it has to offer (while I work on furnishing it). And I plan to have them back later in the year to redo the upstairs. They’re truly a wonderful group to do business with.”
