Based on our understanding of the project and the information gathered, we will construct and present the initial budget to explain the costs and work involved.
PROJECT COMMENCEMENT
When the contract is finalized and approved, the permit documents will be submitted, and the schedule created to begin work.
DESIGN & PLANNING
You will collaborate with our design team to create plans based on the scope of work and necessary documents for permitting. Renderings will be provided, and layouts will be reviewed to ensure your satisfaction.
APPROVAL
Once you have reviewed and understand the associated costs and scope of work, we can proceed with the planning phase. At which point it is anticipated to begin payments towards your project planning.
